The IDC Staff Instructors
Course is the next step towards the prestigious Master
Instructor rating, a prerequisite to becoming a PADI
Course Director.
The program will start 2 days before an
actual IDC. The IDC Staff candidate will sit though
an entire IDC and develop evaluation, scoring standards
and counseling skills, getting a detailed insight of
the Instructor Training process and gain new ideas for
teaching and marketing diving programs.
A qualified IDC Staff Instructor is certified to conduct
the Assistant Instructor program and provides you with
the skills necessary to assist the Course Director during
all phases of an IDC program.
