Please review the
terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in any
of our scuba education programs:
1. EDUCATION PROGRAM
ENROLMENT POLICIES
A Three (3) months period is
allocated to complete any selected scuba program, commencement
and end dates inclusive. Deferment or extension of the
validity period for the program will not be entertained
regardless of medical or personal reasons.
No refund in full or in part will be given upon the
expiry of the validity period. Any request to continue
the program will have to bear the full charges of the
program fee at the published retail price.
Upon the allocation of the training
schedule, should a change be requested for, it should
be provided and acknowledged by the education center
no less than seven days before the allocated dates or
departure for the sea dive portion of the program (if
inclusive). 51 Scuba Private Limited reserves the right
to accept or refuse any request for changes made less
than seven days before the allocated dates or trip departure.
Full training schedule will be provided
prior to the start of any program. Should changes be
required, weekly training schedules are available for
Open Water & Advanced Open Water Diver courses.
Rescue Diver and Divemaster courses are scheduled monthly.
Participants are allowed a maximum of 3 changes to the
training schedule for the completion of the full program.
Sea dive portion of the program is
scheduled upon availability. Please check with the dive
center for the latest departure schedule.
2.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CHARGES
Payment is to be made in full, 7 days prior to the commencement
of the program. Upon commencement of the program, no
refund in full or in part will be given for any services,
materials, and equipment included in the program, which
are not utilized.
Cancellation announcements and refund for our Education
Programs are subjected to the following:

* All cancellation of a confirmed booking
will be charged a minimum of $50 processing fee.
* Cancellation Period refers to the number of days prior
to commencement of the program.
3.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
The number of training sessions (academic
& pool) allocated are based on the course fee charged.
Should participants fail to demonstrate mastery of knowledge
or skills, additional training session will be requested
by the instructor. Under such circumstances, an additional
fee of $60 will be charged per additional session.
4.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
The use of diving equipment provided / rented during
an education program are provided as an extra service
only. 51 Scuba is not responsible for any equipment
malfunctions whilst on training, injuries to hirer or
damage to equipment. It is the sole responsibility of
the hirer to acknowledge that the equipment is in good
order prior to accepting the equipment or rental. The
hirer will also assume the responsibility to reimburse
51 Scuba for any the equipment loss or damaged whilst
under the care of the hirer.
5.
DISCHARGE OF LIABILITIES
All divers will be required to sign a liability waiver
form during enrolment of a scuba program and abide by
all diving rules of the operators.
